Alumni Association of P.G. Department of Statistics, Utkal University.
  • The 10th Alumni Meet was held on 8th March 2025 at 9.30am in the P.G. Department of Statistics, Utkal University, Vani Vihar, Bhubaneswar premises. Nearly 200 alumni members have participated and cherished the occasion with their valuable presence.


  • The Statistics Olympiad 2024 took place successfully on 10 November 2024.Nearly 400 students have appeared the test. Details here.


  • USAA celebrated its 9th alumni meet on 11th February 2024 (Sunday). Many alumnis have joined and witnessed the glory of the occasion.


  • The Statistics Olympiad 2022 took place on 18 December 2022.


  • The result of the same had been published on the website as well as the Department Notice board.


  • A copy of the same will be sent to the respective institutions of the participants.

WE ENDEAVOUR TO GENERATE SUCCESSFUL STATISTICIANS!!

  • To promote and foster mutually beneficial interactions between the Alumni and the present students, teachers and non-teaching staff, and amongst the Alumni themselves with the spirit of brotherhood and comradeship.
  • To exchange professional knowledge and expertise and share experiences among the Alumni members therby supporting various development activities relating to Alma maters.
  • The Association will support the cause of the Department in undertaking innovative programmes for extension and expansion of the subject matter β€œStatistics” in different spheres.
  • To support students for their career counselling, skill development and exploring placement opportunities.
